The women’s affairs unit, in cooperation with the legal division, organized a seminar entitled (bullying and suicide in Iraqi law).
The seminar, which was attended by Assistant Teacher Elaf Abdul Rasul Sabri, aims to reduce the phenomena of bullying and suicide in Iraqi society.
The seminar included several axes, the most important of which was the statement of the concept of bullying and suicide and the reasons that call for suicide, while the third axis was the role of educational institutions in spreading a culture of reducing both phenomena.
The organizers of the seminar, which was attended by a number of members of the institute, recommended the need to explain the acts that are considered a bullying crime, limit their commission and take into account the psychological aspect of the other for the psychological damage caused by the crime that urges suicide.
